Cattedrale di San Lorenzo, o semplicemente duomo di Grosseto, è situata nella principale piazza della città ed è stata edificata tra il 1294 e il 1302 su progetto dell'architetto Sozzo di Rustichino, nel luogo dove precedentemente sorgeva l'alto-medievale pieve di Santa Maria. Lavori di completamento furono poi effettuati.
